
This policy applies to all services provided by Social Limousine, including but not limited to corporate transportation, weddings, proms, airport transfers, private events, and any other services offered by the company, whether specifically listed or not.
Operational Commitment
Social Limousine operates on an advanced private reservation model, where vehicles and chauffeurs are allocated specifically for each confirmed booking. Many services—particularly weddings, proms, corporate events, and group transportation—are reserved well in advance, often two to six months prior to the service date, to ensure availability and execution.
As a result, cancellations made within shorter timeframes may prevent the reassignment of the reserved vehicle and chauffeur. This can result in a direct loss of business, particularly during high-demand periods where availability is limited.
The following cancellation structure reflects this operational commitment while providing clients with the flexibility to reschedule and retain service value.
Cancellation Structure
- More than 63 days prior to service
15% administration fee applies, plus 3% merchant service fee (credit card payments only) - 31 to 62 days prior to service
30% cancellation fee (15% administration + 15% cancellation + 3% merchant fee if applicable)or full service retained as credit - 15 to 31 days prior to service
48% cancellation fee (15% administration + 30% cancellation + 3% merchant fee if applicable) or full service retained as credit - 8 to 15 days prior to service
63% cancellation fee (15% administration + 45% cancellation + 3% merchant fee if applicable) or full service retained as credit - Within 7 days of service
Non-refundable (100% charge applies)
No-Show Policy
If the chauffeur is dispatched and the client is not present or reachable at the scheduled pickup location, the service is considered rendered. The booking is 100% non-refundable with no credit issued.
Rescheduling & Credit
Eligible cancellations may be retained as a 100% credit toward a future service, allowing the booking to be rejoined on an alternate date.
- Credits are valid for up to 12 months
- Credits apply toward services of equal or greater value
- Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability and applicable rate adjustments
General Conditions
- A 3% merchant service fee applies to all credit card transactions and reflects non-recoverable processing costs
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Social Limousine
- This policy is uniformly applied across all service types and booking categories
