Airport Transfers
Customers have up until 2 hours prior to their reservation to cancel. If a cancellation notice is not received in writing at least 2 hours before your pickup time, a 50% charge will result.
Weddings
Customers have up until a month before the wedding date to cancel their reservation. If a cancellation notice is not received in writing at least 1 month before the wedding date, a 50% charge will result.
Proms
Customers have up until a week before the prom date to cancel their reservation. If a cancellation notice is not received in writing at least 1 week before the prom date, a 50% charge will result.
