Customers have up until 10 days prior to their booking service date to fully cancel. If a cancellation notice is not received in writing at least 10 days before your service date, a 30% charge will result from the 4th day to the 10th day limit. No Refund on cancelation within the 3 days of service.

Weddings
Customers have up until a month before the wedding date to cancel their reservation. If a cancellation notice is not received in writing at least 1 month before the wedding date, a 50% charge will result.
Proms
Customers have up until a week before the prom date to cancel their reservation. If a cancellation notice is not received in writing at least 1 week before the prom date, a 50% charge will result.
